What is the difference between individual and communal cremation?独立火化与集体火化有什么分别？

If offered, an individual arrangement should include a clearly confirmed identification and ashes-return process. With communal cremation, individual ashes may not be returned. Do not assume both methods are currently available; ask for the selected method, procedure and urn inclusions in writing.
